Tyler has 3 top ranked daughters for 2009

Tyler wants to congratulate his daughters for their success in 2009.

In the Show Ring:
Jada (CH Ableaim Just Not Another Pretty Face SC)- Top 10 Whippet - 2009

On the Coursing field:
Morgan (Ableaim Morgan Le Fay MC) - Top 15 AKC Lure Coursing - 2009
Makenzie (Ableaim Making Memories MC) - Top 5 AKC Lure Coursing - 2009

Morgan, Makenzie, Minni and Marlow - all 4 girls are pointed in the show ring as well (photo above by M. McNamer) Also, to not be outdone, while Morgan and Makenzie were busy on the coursing field, both Minni and Marlow were awarded 5pt major wins at AWC supported entry shows this past year.

Lure Coursing in Camden, SC

Tyler had a great time lure coursing this weekend. He hasn't run all summer, so he was a bit out of shape, but that didn't stop his enthusiasm!

Tyler earns his MC title for a Happy Birthday!

Tyler had a great time running this past weekend and after running both days earned his Master Coursing title!

About Tyler

Tyler is my special boy. He was born on May, 23rd of 2004 and is sired by Smoke (Ch Chelsea Where There's Smoke) and Emily (Ch Ableaim Dixie Chick SC). He joined our family at just over a year of age after our greyhound Tim passed on. It took him a bit of time to adjust to a new home (including a scary few days when he ran away, luckily he was found with no injuries!). However, one would never guess now that he resisted the move. I can't imagine him living anywhere else. He has become my new running partner, just show him my running shoes and he gets all excited. If he can't be running/lure coursing, his choice would be to lounge outside in the yard and sun ALL day long. His only interruption would be the occasional squirrel or deer that must be chased out of the yard. If I finally get him in the house, he quickly runs to the closest sofa or bed that he can lay on (one must have comfort). He and Cali have become best buddies and are rarely separated. They are actually half brother and sister (their mother is Emily - Ch Ableaim Dixie Chick). Tyler has sired 2 litters thus far and they can be seen at the Ableaim website - link below. Morgan, our third whippet, is one of his daughters out of his second litter.
